Finally a good guitar blog!

Okay, so I finally found what I've been searching for in a long time. A great.. No.. Amazing guitar blog! It has got posts about everything you need to know as a beginner! Especially their beginner's guide or huge list of easy guitar songs. I find the guides very easy to follow. The author describes everything in-depth so you are able to keep up with the lessons they provide!

This is probably the most exciting thing that's happened to my guitar-playing-progress since you've heard from me the last time. A lot of my time in between these two blog posts has been spend on homework. I attend a Danish high-school called "gymnasium". We are currently writing a very big assignment which is to handed in by the 20th of December. It kinda stresses me out a bit.

But I manage to get through. Primarily by listening to A LOT of Justin Bieber. Oh, the Bieber-boy! Love him. My biggest dream is to play a song on guitar in front of him when Im good enough. Haha, but that probably won't happen. But a girl's allowed to dream!

But I find a bit too difficult for now. Hopefully it won't be long before I can play songs like this!

Just have to keep practice and stay focused. I can already play som easy guitar songs. So.. IN PROGRESS!

Progress

Okay, so there's been a little progress in my guitar learning.

I have followed JustinGuitars Youtube lessons. They work pretty well. But most of them are still way to complicated for me. I think i figured out that I still need to focus on the very basics of playing guitar. That's really hard for me. I struggle a bit with it and I just want to learn more and learn it at a waaaay faster pace than I'm doing right now.

But I know I should ease up and keep calm. At least that's what people tell me :-P

Somehow these blog posts make me consider the whole thing a lot more - in a good way!

They just make me realize that I will learn how to play guitar eventually. It's not something that just happens over night, and I'm actually still able to see a little bit of progress. Yay!

Haha, but anyway.. I don't know if anyone really reads this. Like I wrote in my last post, I feel a bit silly writing these blog posts about me learning to play guitar.

Oh, and currently I'm so excited about Justin Biebers new album purpose!

I watch his videos all the time. Especially the video to I'll show you. It's just amazingly beautiful! As far as I know it's recorded in Iceland. The mountains and waterfalls are just marvelous!

My life with music

I'm here to tell you stories about my life with wonderful music.
My first concert experience was with Justin Bieber. A full stadium filled with teenage girls screaming their lungs out. It was quite an experience. I never thought that I would find myself falling in love with a popstar – but OH MY GOD he is attractive and so talented!
I don’t know what it is. There’s just something special about him. This led me to learning how to play an instrument. I would love to play piano but it’s so big and we don’t have room for it in our house…
So I decided to go with theguitar. I’m already in love with playing guitar! I play mostly easy guitar songs. Im not that good yet. But I can play some of Justin Biebers songs! Boyfriend, Beauty and a beat, Sorry and What do you mean are all pretty easy and only consists of a few chords. He really inspires me. Gosh..
Anyway.. I’m looking for new acts to learn new songs. I realize that I just can’t keep on playing only Bieber songs (People will never take me seriously) haha LOL. Even though media has started to be a little bit more positive about him after the release of his latest album, which is really amazing! I love it. I play guitar along with the songs all day. Again: easy guitar songs he makes!

Do anyone know where I can find songs to learn? They should be like.. hmm.. something like Biebs! Pop songs that make you wanna dance your feet off. 

I feel silly writing this, but it’s actually really nice to write something down on paper. Well.. on electronic paper. 

I have thought about writing my own songs on guitar with lyrics to go with the chords. I just don’t know where to start. I can’t seem to find a site that teaches how to write lyrics. Like really basic stuff. That would be so useful.

I’ll tell you if I find any of the things I was looking for!
